I watched this show and it is so honest and often uncomfortable. A lot of that has to do with the lead who plays himself. He is fraught with PTSD mental illness himself and makes decisions that make you squirm. However, he is relatable...and REAL. Suisen is correct - what might make you uncomfortable is the display of and honesty about shame.
I agree. If you are homophobic or transphobic, do not watch unless you are curious to learn more.
